State budget revenue breaks through, 11 months exceed 121.9% of yearly estimate

Total state budget revenue in November is estimated at 201.5 trillion VND, accumulated total state budget revenue in 11 months of 2025 is 2,397.7 trillion VND, equal to 121.9% of the year's estimate.

According to the report of the General Statistics Office ( Ministry of Finance ) on the socio-economic situation in November and 11 months of 2025 announced on the morning of December 6, the total state budget revenue in November is estimated at 201.5 trillion VND, the accumulated total state budget revenue in 11 months of 2025 is 2,397.7 trillion VND, equal to 121.9% of the year's estimate and an increase of 30.9% over the same period last year.

Specifically, some main revenue items are as follows: Domestic revenue in November reached 171.6 trillion VND. Accumulated revenue in the first 11 months of 2025 reached 2,059.5 trillion VND, equal to 123.4% of the annual estimate and increased by 35.2% over the same period last year.

Total state budget revenue in November is estimated at 201.5 trillion VND, accumulated total state budget revenue in 11 months of 2025 is 2,397.7 trillion VND.

Revenue from crude oil in November reached nearly VND3 trillion; accumulated revenue in the first 11 months of 2025 reached VND43.7 trillion, equal to 82.2% of the year's estimate and down 16.7%. Budget revenue from import-export activities in November reached VND26.7 trillion; accumulated revenue in the first 11 months of 2025 reached nearly VND293.0 trillion, equal to 124.7% of the year's estimate and up 15.1%.

Regarding state budget expenditure, total state budget expenditure in November is estimated at 213.3 trillion VND, accumulated in 11 months of 2025 is 2,049.7 trillion VND, equal to 79.5% of the year's estimate and up 32.5% over the same period last year, of which: regular expenditure is 1,398 trillion VND, equal to 87.5% and up 32.4%; development investment expenditure is 553.3 trillion VND, equal to 70% and up 39.2%; debt interest payment is 92.2 trillion VND, equal to 83.4% and up 0.8%.
