The General Secretary and President emphasized: "Education and training need to continue to aim at human development and human happiness, maximizing the human factor, taking people as the center, subject, resource, and goal of development, creating the foundation for realizing the goal of a rich people, strong country, democracy, fairness, and civilization."
According to tradition, at the opening ceremony of the new school year, right after teachers and students of the schools salute the flag and sing the National Anthem, the school leaders will read the letter from the President to the education sector. This is also the solemn part of the ceremony before moving on to the joyful activities for teachers and students of the whole school.
