In front of the Ba Doc martyrs' monument in Ly Trach commune, Bo Trach district, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and the delegation respectfully offered incense, laid wreaths and observed a moment of silence to express their infinite gratitude and deep appreciation to the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for the cause of national liberation and reunification.

Next, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and delegates lit incense on each grave of martyrs resting at Ba Doc martyr cemetery.

Immediately after the ceremony to visit Ba Doc martyrs' cemetery, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and his delegation offered incense at the tomb of General Vo Nguyen Giap in Vung Chua - Yen Island (Quang Dong commune, Quang Trach district).

As a legendary general, a military genius, an excellent and close student of President Ho Chi Minh, and the eldest brother of the Vietnam People's Army, General Vo Nguyen Giap is the pride of the Vietnamese people in general and his hometown Quang Binh in particular.

In a solemn atmosphere, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and members of the working delegation laid wreaths, respectfully offered incense and observed a moment of silence to express their respect and deep gratitude for General Vo Nguyen Giap's great contributions to the revolutionary cause of the Party, State and homeland.

The Prime Minister requested construction units to shorten the time to complete the expressway project through Quang Binh province in time for April 30, 2025.

Also in the morning of the same day, the working delegation led by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh inspected the Interchange of the expressway project in Quang Luu commune, Quang Trach district (Quang Binh) constructed by Truong Son Construction Corporation (Army Corps 12, Ministry of National Defense), Phuong Thanh Transport Construction Investment Joint Stock Company and Corporation 36.

Here, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested to speed up progress, ensure quality, technical and aesthetic requirements, labor safety, environmental sanitation, and especially not to subcontract or engage in negativity.

The Prime Minister directed units to strive to construct "3 shifts, 4 shifts", "overcome the sun, overcome the rain", "eat quickly, sleep urgently", shorten the progress, and complete the project on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the complete Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025).
