Promoting the building of Vietnamese corporate culture in the integration period

The forum took place on December 21, 2025 in Hanoi with the theme "Vietnamese Business Culture - Shaped from breakthrough thinking in the new era". The event has special significance in concretizing the spirit of Resolution No. 68-NQ/TW on Private Economic Development, affirming the role of business culture as a new driving force for sustainable development of the country, contributing to spreading values of standards, responsibility and humanity in the Vietnamese business community.

Speaking at the press conference, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Trinh Thi Thuy emphasized that the forum is not only an opportunity for meetings and exchanges between management agencies and the business community, but also conveys a strong message from the Party and State, encouraging businesses to actively participate in socio-economic development, especially in building and spreading corporate culture in the new context.

Mr. Mac Quoc Anh, Vice President and General Secretary of the Hanoi Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, Head of the Forum Organizing Committee, said: The 5th annual National Forum on Culture with Enterprises aims at four main goals.

First, identify and analyze the impact of the “Quartet of Resolutions” on the process of shaping Vietnamese business culture. Second, create a space for multi-dimensional dialogue between Party and State leaders, experts, entrepreneurs, enterprises and press agencies. Third, orient new values for Vietnamese business culture. Fourth, launch key initiatives including the Vietnamese Business Culture Standard Enterprises Club and the Press Club with Corporate Culture.

The forum includes two main discussion sessions:

Session 1: “Identifying breakthrough thinking in the new era affecting Vietnamese business culture”, focuses on discussing new thinking from recent resolutions affecting Vietnamese business culture; identifying opportunities, advantages, and challenges for developing business culture in the digital age.

Session 2: “Shaping and developing Vietnamese business culture from breakthrough thinking in the new era”, deeply analyzes the advantages and difficulties of businesses in the process of building and developing business culture values, and proposes solutions and recommendations for sustainable business development associated with breakthrough thinking.

The highlight of the 5th forum is the “Hanoi Message”, highlighting the value of Vietnamese business culture in the new era, affirming that culture is not only the soul of enterprises but also the endogenous energy source of the integrated, creative and prosperous Vietnamese economy.

This year, for the first time, the Vietnam Association for Development of Corporate Culture announced the “Vietnam-Hanoi Business Cultural Values Set 2025”, marking an important step forward in establishing a comprehensive system of standards for Vietnamese enterprises.

This is an effort to form a reference framework to help Vietnamese enterprises build a sustainable business culture, meeting the requirements of integration and development.

The set of values includes the following components: Fundamental ideological values; core values; behavioral standards; business ethics principles and criteria for implementing corporate culture.

Within the framework of the forum, the Organizing Committee will award certificates of enterprises meeting Vietnamese business culture standards 2025; honor typical enterprises responding to the campaign to Build Vietnamese corporate culture...
