In recent days, social networks have been abuzz with information about a Facebook fanpage named "Nam Cat Tien Tourism Center" posting information about a helicopter tour with a package price of up to 12,000 USD.

Information about the helicopter tour costing 12,000 USD was posted on a fanpage called "Nam Cat Tien Tourism Center".

Specifically, the fanpage posted that the helicopter will depart from Tan Son Nhat airport (HCMC) or from Vung Tau ( Ba Ria - Vung Tau ) to Cat Tien National Park (Tan Phu district, Dong Nai province) for a maximum of 18 passengers/trip.

The tour itinerary for the day trip, the helicopter departs at 7:00 or 8:30, flies over Bau Sau sky, some famous places in Cat Tien and arrives at Cat Tien National Park. The tour also has a program to visit 6 places with special vehicles. The tour ends around 17:00 to 18:30 when the helicopter takes guests back to Ho Chi Minh City or Vung Tau.

The Fanpage also provides information about the type and specifications of the helicopter used for the tour, which is the EC-225, the next version of the Super Puma helicopter line manufactured by Airbus Helicoters (France). The total price offered by this Fanpage is 12,000 USD for the entire helicopter tour.

This person confirmed that he has nothing to do with the above fanpage, the helicopter tour program is not implemented or posted by this tourist facility.

"Honestly, the company's brothers surveyed and tagged my name, but the helicopters have not been deployed here yet. They surveyed to see how customers reacted, there was no bad intention or anything. Actually, all 6 national parks in Vietnam have that service, but this one does not have that service yet. They asked me to introduce that product, not for us to do it," this person said.

This person added: "The price of 12,000 USD is actually a package for 18 people, including many dining and sightseeing services, it's still fun to go. However, everyone here thinks it's ridiculous so it can't be implemented." Therefore, after a few hours of posting the information, it was taken down because it affected the place where this person works.

Talking to a reporter from Nguoi Lao Dong Newspaper, Mr. Tran Van Binh - Director of the Center for EnvironmentalEducation and Services of Cat Tien National Park, said that after receiving information about the tour posted by "Nam Cat Tien Tourism Center", the unit announced on the fanpage that Cat Tien National Park does not have this service, nor is it related to "Nam Cat Tien Tourism Center".

"We inform everyone to be vigilant and learn carefully to avoid being scammed. Cat Tien National Park does not have any helicopter-related services, and there is no park named Nam Cat Tien," said Mr. Binh.

On the local government side, Mr. Nguyen Huu Ky, Chairman of the People's Committee of Tan Phu district, Dong Nai province, said that he had received the information and would ask the units to investigate and clarify this information.

After causing a stir on social networks by posting information about a helicopter tour, reporters are currently unable to find the fanpage "Nam Cat Tien Tourism Center" on Facebook.
