At the Quang Ninh Provincial Tax One-Stop Shop, through the application of information technology, the implementation of the one-stop shop and one-stop shop mechanism in handling administrative procedures has ensured 100% on-time completion for individuals, organizations and businesses; increasing the satisfaction level of taxpayers with the service of tax administrative agencies. The rate of electronic tax declaration for businesses and organizations reached over 99%; the rate of electronic tax payment for businesses and organizations reached 99.2%.

Quang Ninh Provincial Tax Department always identifies the work of supporting and propagating tax policies as one of the key tasks, contributing to raising awareness of compliance with tax laws, building the image of a professional, friendly and modern tax agency. Regarding the implementation of preferential policies, Quang Ninh Provincial Tax Department has effectively implemented the Central Government's policy on abolishing business license fees and exempting corporate income tax for small and medium enterprises in the first 3 years of establishment.

In preparation for the termination of business license fee collection from January 1, 2026 according to Resolution No. 198/2025/QH15, Quang Ninh Provincial Tax Department has proactively reviewed the operating status of taxpayers, classified them by subjects, reviewed the business license fee obligations to be paid in 2025 to urge those who have not yet paid to the State budget, and handled overpayments and virtual debts. For the private economic sector, Quang Ninh Provincial Tax Department is committed to ensuring that 100% of newly established enterprises receive timely guidance and tax incentives.

Not only supporting businesses directly at the tax office, Quang Ninh Provincial Tax also maintains and expands indirect support forms via email, phone, text and 479 support information channels on the eTax system. In addition, it periodically organizes annual dialogue conferences with taxpayers, promptly answering difficulties and problems in the process of implementing tax policies...
