Senior Lieutenant General Le Quang Minh, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army chaired the conference.

The draft Political Report of the General Department of Politics at the congress has been edited, supplemented and perfected many times, on the basis of fully absorbing comments from Party committees, commanders and functional agencies; accompanied by an appendix of results and data tables that have been fully compiled and closely reviewed.

Along with that, the Action Program, executive script, opening and closing speeches, directive speeches and discussions of agencies and units were all completed according to plan, ensuring quality, clearly demonstrating the results and imprints of women's work in the 2021-2025 period.

The work of preparing personnel, election documents, verifying the qualifications of delegates, reporting achievements and proposing rewards has also been carried out carefully and in accordance with regulations.

Along with that, the security work was also carefully prepared. The propaganda work for the congress was carried out synchronously, with focus and key points. The Army Women's Committee closely coordinated with the Army press agencies to develop a unified propaganda plan, ensuring timely and accurate information provision, creating an exciting and competitive atmosphere towards the congress.
