Attending the training were leaders and commanders of agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defense , the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army and 138 trainees and cadres directly advising and assisting political agencies in implementing Project 57 throughout the army.

According to the representative of the Organizing Committee, during the 2-day training, the trainees were introduced to 6 key topics related to the main contents such as: Contents and measures to prevent and combat plots and tricks of hostile forces taking advantage of ethnic and religious issues to divide the great national unity bloc in the new situation; strengthening the Party's mass mobilization work; the impact of new religious and belief phenomena on economic, cultural and social life in Vietnam; skills and methods of propaganda and fighting to defeat plots and tricks of hostile forces to divide the great national unity bloc in the new situation; results, experiences and solutions in propaganda and mobilizing people in border areas to participate in building and protecting territorial sovereignty and national border security of the Border Guard; skills in using digital technology and social networking platforms in propaganda and mobilizing people to fight against erroneous and hostile views on cyberspace in the new situation...

Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong delivered the opening speech at the training course.

Speaking at the opening of the training course, Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong acknowledged and commended the outstanding achievements in propaganda and mobilization work of agencies and units in recent times; affirmed that fostering knowledge and skills in propaganda and mobilization for officers and soldiers in general, including the team of officers directly doing staff work and guiding the implementation of Project 57 of agencies and units is very important, especially in the current practical situation.

In order for the training course to achieve good results, meeting the set goals and requirements, Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong requested the training organizing committee to closely coordinate with agencies, units and forces; to do a good job of directing, managing, maintaining the correct implementation of the determined plan and program, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects. The comrades who report closely follow the approved lecture outline; use appropriate, concise, easy-to-understand introduction methods, linked to the actual information and propaganda work in the units, especially in the border areas and suitable to the conditions of the training course. For the comrades who are trainees, it is necessary to strictly comply with the time and regulations of the training course. Be active, proactive in learning, frankly discuss unclear issues, share limitations and inadequacies in practical activities in their agencies and units to unify awareness, thoughts and actions with the reporters.

In addition to the above contents, Senior Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong requested that at the end of the training, it is necessary to organize a serious and rigorous review, asking appropriate questions for each subject to properly assess the capacity, learning results, and experience of each trainee. From the test results, select a good quality review to introduce throughout the army, thereby contributing to improving the quality of propaganda, mobilization, and implementation of the content of Project 57 in the Ministry of National Defense.
