The training course was attended by leaders and commanders of agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defense , the General Political Department of the Vietnam People's Army, and 138 trainees who are officers directly involved in advising and assisting political agencies in implementing Project 57 throughout the army.

According to the organizers, during the two-day training course, participants were introduced to six key topics related to the following main areas: the content and measures to prevent and counter the schemes and tactics of hostile forces exploiting ethnic and religious issues to divide national unity in the new situation; strengthening the Party's mass mobilization work; the impact of new religious and belief phenomena on the economic, cultural, and social life in Vietnam; skills and methods of propaganda and combating the schemes and tactics of hostile forces to divide national unity in the new situation; results, experiences, and solutions in propaganda and mobilization of people in border areas to participate in building and protecting national sovereignty and border security by the Border Guard; skills in using digital technology and social media platforms in propaganda and mobilization of people to combat false and hostile viewpoints on the internet in the new situation...

In his opening remarks at the training course, Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong acknowledged and commended the outstanding achievements in propaganda and mobilization work of agencies and units in the past period; affirming that the training of knowledge and skills in propaganda and mobilization for officers and soldiers in general, including the staff directly involved in advising and guiding the implementation of Project 57 of agencies and units, is very important, especially in the current practical situation.

To ensure the training course achieves its objectives and requirements, Lieutenant General Vo Minh Luong requested that the organizing committee closely coordinate with relevant agencies, units, and forces; effectively direct and manage the implementation of the established plan and program; and ensure absolute safety in all aspects. The lecturers should adhere closely to the approved lecture outline; use appropriate, concise, and easy-to-understand presentation methods, linking them to the practical work of information and propaganda in the units, especially in border areas, and adapting them to the conditions of the training course. The trainees should strictly adhere to the schedule and regulations of the training course. They should actively and proactively participate in learning, frankly discuss unclear issues, and share limitations and shortcomings in their practical work at their respective agencies and units to achieve a unified understanding, ideology, and action with the lecturers.

In addition to the above, General Vo Minh Luong requested that at the end of the training, a thorough and rigorous assessment should be conducted, with questions tailored to each participant to accurately evaluate their abilities, learning outcomes, and experience. Based on the assessment results, high-quality reports should be selected for presentation throughout the military, thereby contributing to improving the quality of propaganda, mobilization, and implementation of Project 57 within the Ministry of National Defense.
