Actively implementing the 500 kV circuit 3 transmission line project through Thai Binh province.

On the afternoon of May 30th, Ngo Dong Hai, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Secretary of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee, inspected the progress of the 500 kV power line project (circuit 3) from Quang Trach ( Quang Binh ) to Pho Noi (Hung Yen) in the districts of the province.

The 500 kV circuit 3 transmission line project from Quang Trach district, Quang Binh province to Pho Noi, Hung Yen province has a total length of approximately 519 km, passing through 211 communes and wards in 43 districts and towns across 9 provinces from Quang Binh to Hung Yen. The total number of tower foundations is 1,179, with a total investment of approximately 22,000 billion VND, and is invested by the National Power Transmission Corporation under the Vietnam Electricity Group.

The section passing through Thai Binh province is nearly 39 km long, traversing 22 communes in 4 districts: Vu Thu, Dong Hung, Hung Ha, and Quynh Phu. To date, Thai Binh province has cleared and handed over all 107/107 pole foundations and surrounding areas to the construction unit to proceed with the foundation construction and erection of the 500 kV power poles.

During a visit to inspect the progress and encourage the construction units and workers at the 500 kV power line construction site in Song Lang commune (Vu Thu district), Hong Linh commune (Hung Ha district), and Quynh Hoang commune (Quynh Phu district), Thai Binh Provincial Party Secretary Ngo Dong Hai and Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Quang Hung acknowledged and highly appreciated the coordination, active participation, and responsibility of the localities, the project investor, and the construction unit in implementing the project.

At the same time, we commend the construction workers on the site for strictly following the directives of the Government and the Prime Minister, demonstrating the spirit of "overcoming the sun and rain," "only focusing on work, not retreating," concentrating on construction in "3 shifts and 4 teams," working throughout holidays and Tet (Lunar New Year), contributing to ensuring the overall progress of the project.

The Standing Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Binh province and other provincial and Quynh Phu district leaders presented gifts to encourage workers constructing the 500 kV power line in Dong Hoang commune.

The leaders of Thai Binh province also welcomed the proactive efforts of local authorities in disseminating information, mobilizing support, and gaining the consensus of the people in the project area. However, the implementation process on the ground is expected to face many difficulties, and Party committees and authorities at all levels in the province will continue to focus on leading and directing the effective implementation of central and provincial policies and plans, ensuring the set progress.

Simultaneously, ensure security, order, and the safety of property and interests of people in the project area. In addition, regularly support and resolve any difficulties and obstacles, as well as proactively provide manpower and resources when needed at project implementation sites.

For the construction unit, it is necessary to continue to widely promote the emulation movement, mobilizing manpower, machinery, and equipment to ensure the safety, quality, and timely completion of the project. After the construction process, the contractor must restore the site, especially the roads, to avoid affecting the travel and trade of the people in the project area.
