According to the Provincial Bar Association, in 2024, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Bar Association and Bar Associations of districts, towns and cities directly participated in giving comments on many draft laws. Bar Associations at all levels actively propagated the Central and local directives on disseminating the law to officials, members and people in the province.

The Provincial Bar Association has directed all levels of the Association to focus on disseminating the law in many stages, especially during the peak period before, during and after the Lunar New Year 2024. Thereby, the Association at all levels has organized thousands of legal dissemination sessions with hundreds of thousands of participants. The main content of the dissemination is about laws and decrees.

Propaganda work is also promoted on platforms such as Zalo, Facebook, Tay Ninh Online Newspaper (including print newspapers)... attracting a lot of views, access, interactions, and shares.

The work of providing legal aid, consulting on complaint resolution, and mediation at the grassroots level has received special attention from the Association at all levels. Specifically, the Association of Lawyers at all levels has coordinated to provide legal aid for 852 cases; consulted on 2,088 cases; participated in resolving 213 complaint cases; and successfully mediated 2,392 complaints of all kinds. In addition, the Association of Lawyers at all levels has also performed well in participating in supervising the implementation of the law; supervising and providing social criticism.

The Provincial Bar Association and all levels of the Bar Association continue to be improved and strengthened in terms of key personnel. Leaders at all levels of the Bar Association promptly grasp information and fully implement the directives of the Bar Association at higher levels, of the local Party Committee and government; thereby proposing programs and implementation plans suitable to local and unit realities.

At the conference, representatives of a number of district-level Lawyers Associations and Lawyers Association branches reported on the work of building organizations, developing members; propaganda, dissemination and education of law; legal consultancy and legal aid work, etc.

The conference also announced and awarded the Provincial People's Committee's commendation decisions to collectives with outstanding achievements in 2024; the commendation decisions of the Vietnam Lawyers Association and the Provincial Lawyers Association to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the same year; announced the Decision to recognize the Head and Deputy Head of the 2 Emulation Blocks established by the Provincial Lawyers Association.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Mai Van Hai - Chairman of the Provincial Bar Association emphasized a number of key tasks in 2025. Accordingly, the Association at all levels continues to participate in giving opinions on the development of laws and legal documents; actively participate in social supervision and criticism; propagate laws to serve the construction of new rural areas; review, amend, supplement and develop regulations for coordination with relevant agencies and organizations in propagating, disseminating and educating the law; continue to do a good job of legal consultancy, legal aid, coordination in resolving complaints and mediation at the grassroots level.
