The contestants went through four rounds of competition: Warm-up, Obstacle Course, Acceleration, and Finish Line.

Bao Khanh is temporarily in the lead after the Warm-up round.
At 9:10 AM, the four climbers entered the Warm-up round. This round was divided into two parts: individual and group. In the individual round, each contestant answered six questions. A correct answer earned 10 points; incorrect answers did not result in point deductions.
In the final round, four contestants will press the buzzer to answer 12 questions. Each correct answer earns 10 points. Those who answer incorrectly or press the buzzer without answering within 3 seconds will have 5 points deducted.
In order, in his turn, Duy Khoa was the first contestant. The male student answered the first 6 questions with 40 points, showing calmness and confidence right from the first round.
Thanh Tung took the exam second, and was somewhat nervous, so his performance wasn't as good as it could have been. The male student answered 3 out of 6 questions correctly, earning 30 points.
Meanwhile, Bao Khanh answered correctly right from the first questions. His decisiveness was evident in each answer. The outstanding student earned 50 points amidst cheers from the audience.
Nhut Lam took the final round of the exam, leaning close to the computer screen to read the questions faster. Lam scored 40 points, the same as Duy Khoa.
In the final round, all four contestants showed signs of tension on their faces. Nhut Lam and Bao Khanh capitalized on their strengths to win the right to press the buzzer and answer the first questions. However, Duy Khoa quickly caught up with his teammates.
At the end of the Warm-up round, Bao Khanh was temporarily leading with 65 points. Following him were Duy Khoa with 60 points, Nhut Lam with 35 points, and Thanh Tung with 30 points.

Thanh Tung brilliantly answered the Obstacle Course riddle.
The Obstacle Course section requires you to find the hidden number with 21 letters, using 4 horizontal words along with a clue image.
Duy Khoa chose row number 1, consisting of 7 letters, and asked to fill in the missing content for a question related to literature. All four contestants gave the answer "folklore" - which was the correct answer, revealing a corner of the image as a clue.
Thanh Tung chose row number 3, consisting of 7 letters, asking what type of theatrical art the works "White Night," "Circle of Betrayal," "Catching Demons," etc., belong to. Only Thanh Tung scored points with the correct answer: Spoken Drama.
Just as the MC was about to read question number 3, Thanh Tung pressed the buzzer and answered the hidden question as "the soul of Truong Ba, the body of a butcher." However, Thanh Tung seemed unsure of his answer, exclaiming "oh" immediately after giving his answer.
The entire studio was on tenterhooks waiting for Tung's answer. At this point, Thanh Tung had 60 points; if he were to stop playing here, it would be a major disadvantage for the male student.
"You are outstanding!" MC Khanh Vy exclaimed, and both the studio and the Khánh Hòa live broadcast location erupted in cheers.
Thanh Tung said that yesterday he had read through Luu Quang Vu's work. He had a feeling this was the hidden answer, so he quickly pressed the buzzer to answer.
With an outstanding performance in the second part of the competition, the male student from Le Quy Don Specialized High School in Nha Trang temporarily took the lead in the mountain climbing challenge.
At the end of the competition, Thanh Tung scored 100 points, Nhut Lam 45 points, Duy Khoa 70 points, and Bao Khanh 75 points.
Contestants accelerate their pursuit of higher scores.
The four climbers moved on to the Speed Round with four questions. The contestants answered using computers. The fastest and most accurate answer received 40 points, followed by 30 points and 20 points. The fourth fastest and most accurate answer received 10 points.
The first question presented a simplified diagram of a power plant and asked the candidates to name it. Bao Khanh and Duy Khoa answered "Nuclear". Due to a computer malfunction, Thanh Tung had to answer using a table, with the same answer.
The three contestants received 40, 30, and 20 points respectively. Nhut Lam received no points for this question due to an incorrect answer.
Question number 2 presented four images of marching formations and asked contestants to match the images with their corresponding names. Bao Khanh was the fastest to answer, and all four contestants gave the correct answer "CADB," earning points for all four climbers.
The third question required contestants to find a two-word code from an image. Their faces were very focused. Duy Khoa was the fastest to answer, followed by Thanh Tung, Bao Khanh, and Nhut Lam. All four agreed that the answer was "Reach out" – the correct answer.
The contestants' scores were quite close after the first three questions. The final question presented multiple pieces of information such as innovation, fun science, and supporting tools... Contestants had to find a comprehensive answer from these pieces of information.
All four contestants gave the correct answer, STEM. Thanh Tung excelled by answering the fastest, earning an additional 40 points. Duy Khoa was one second slower, receiving 30 points, Nhut Lam 20 points, and Duy Khoa 10 points.
The competition landscape changed. After the Speed Round, Thanh Tung continued to lead with 210 points, Bao Khanh with 185 points, Duy Khoa with 150 points, and Nhut Lam was temporarily in last place with 135 points.

Bao Khanh made a spectacular breakthrough in the final round.
In the final round – the finish line – the four climbers delivered impressive performances. In this round, each contestant chose a package of three questions with point values of 10, 20, and 30. The difficulty of the questions increased progressively with the point values.
Additionally, for each question the main player fails to answer correctly, the other three players have the right to press the buzzer and answer. If they answer correctly, they earn points; if they answer incorrectly, the person who pressed the buzzer loses points, and the main player retains their points.
With the highest score, Thanh Tung finished first. Before starting his part of the competition, Tung expressed his emotion, thanking his family, teachers, and friends for their support. The male student chose the 3-question package worth 20 points.
The first question asked about the principles of electing National Assembly and People's Council representatives. Tung answered "democratic and transparent," but it was wrong. Nhut Lam pressed the buzzer and answered "equality, democracy, direct voting, and secret ballot." However, this was also wrong; the correct answer should have been "equality, universal suffrage, direct voting, and secret ballot." Nhut Lam regretted losing 10 points, while Tung kept his score intact.
For question number 2, Tung did not choose the "star of hope" option. This question involved mathematics, requiring the identification of three triangular numbers whose sum equals 50. Tung answered incorrectly again. Duy Khoa then answered "5-21-28". However, this was also incorrect, and Khoa lost 10 points.
For the final question, Tung continued to play it safe, not choosing the "star of hope" option. Question number three was in the field of Chemistry, asking which substance is used in high-voltage electrical switching devices. Tung answered SO2, then changed it to SO3 at the last seconds, but it was still incorrect.
Khanh quickly pressed the buzzer to claim the right to answer, giving SO2 again, but it was still wrong. The correct answer was SF6. Like the two players before him, Khanh also had 10 points deducted.
Bao Khanh finished second. After an enthusiastic aerobic cheer and support from 4 accompanying teachers from kindergarten to high school, the male student decided to choose the 70-point question package (20-30-20 points).
The first question, in the field of History and Literature, asked about the similarity of lines in two works by President Ho Chi Minh: "Ten Policies of the Viet Minh" and "History of Our Country." Khanh answered "agreement, shared strength, shared heart, shared alliance." This was the correct answer, earning 20 points.
The final question asked about the elements that make up the refrigerant R-45B. Khanh confidently answered, "chlorine, carbon, hydrogen." With no chance for the other contestants, Khanh excelled, temporarily taking the lead with 245 points.

Coming in third is Duy Khoa. At this point, the male student has 140 points. Khoa chose the 20-30-30 point package.
The first question asked the contestants to identify what CQ stands for. Khoa answered incorrectly, yielding the opportunity to Nhựt Lam. The male student then gave the answer "sovereignty" - earning 20 points from Duy Khoa.
Question number 2 was in the field of Physics, asking to calculate the speed of sound in cast iron. Khoa knelt down to do the calculation but couldn't give the correct answer. Bao Khanh won the right to answer, with the answer "180 m/s". However, the program's answer was "3,194 m/s", which was also Duy Khoa's answer but he forgot to round. Khoa held his head in regret, while Bao Khanh lost 15 points.
For the final 30-point question, Khoa chose the "Star of Hope" option. The question asked about a 19th-century reformer who offered his views on the ethics of mandarins. Khoa pondered and gave his answer at the last second – "Dang Huy Tru." The entire audience held their breath, and when the MC announced, "60 points go to Duy Khoa," everyone erupted. Khoa finished his round with 180 points.
Nhut Lam finished last with 3 questions worth 30 points each. The first question asked about the author of "Dai Nam Quoc Am Tu Vi" (Vietnamese National Dictionary). Lam answered "Dao Duy Anh," but had to yield the right to answer to other contestants.
Nhut Lam excelled on the second English question. Despite the long question, the male student listened to every word. Lam confidently read the answer quickly and correctly, earning 60 points by using the "hope star" option, bringing his total to 205 points, 25 points ahead of the leader.
The final question asked about viruses whose genomes are DNA. Lam quickly answered, but it was wrong. Bao Khanh pressed the buzzer, and the whole hall erupted as the answers were "hepatitis B virus" and "smallpox virus".
Khánh answered incorrectly, but still maintained his leading position with 215 points - becoming the new champion of the Road to Olympia competition. In the end, Thanh Tùng finished second with 210 points, Nhựt Lam with 205, and Duy Khoa with 180.
