VNGGames CLUB includes five (5) membership levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Legend. Users will accumulate experience points (EXP) through in-game transactions and interactions, thereby increasing their level in VNGGames CLUB. Higher levels correspond to more privileges and attractive rewards. 
For example, with the Legend rank, users have the opportunity to own tickets to attend live events of the game; have priority support to solve problems within 30 minutes; along with a series of other attractive gifts and incentives through the Gift Receiving - Mission System. Users will not need to pay any fees to become members of VNGGames CLUB. When owning an account of products belonging to the VNGGames ecosystem and logging in on shop.vnggames.com or club.vnggames.com, users will have their account automatically created by the customer care system and become members of VNGGames CLUB. Not only is it a channel for caring for loyal customers, the VNGGames CLUB system is also a place for customers to store items and a bridge connecting the gaming community together. Since November 2024, games such as Bomber VNG and Ghost Story: Thien Nu have linked information with VNGGames CLUB.
