Preschool professional group meets at least twice a month

On November 4, Khanh Hoa Department of Education and Training issued a document instructing communes and wards to direct local preschools and kindergartens to organize professional group activities.

Accordingly, the professional group meets regularly at least twice a month (on average once every 2 weeks) according to the regulations of the preschool charter; it can be arranged on Friday afternoons of the 1st and 3rd weeks of the month. When there is an urgent request (deploying a topic, conducting professional tests, exchanging experiences, overcoming difficulties, etc.), the school can convene professional activities outside the regular schedule. The duration of each meeting is from 60 to 120 minutes, or according to the content to be discussed, carried out according to the school's prescribed time frame. The content of the meeting includes: Exchanging and sharing experiences in implementing preschool education programs, especially new models, methods, and initiatives; analyzing lessons or organizing model educational activities, drawing on experiences; guiding and fostering professional expertise (assessing children's development, using educational tools and equipment, applying information technology, digital transformation, organizing experiential activities); discuss and handle practical issues (children in special circumstances, children with disabilities, coordination with family, educational environment)...
