Speaking at the seminar, Major General, Dr. Nguyen Nhu Loi, Deputy Director of the People's Public Security Academy, said: Building a safe, friendly and psychologically healthy school environment is not only the school's task but also the common responsibility of the whole society.
With the characteristics of boarding schools, where students live and study far from their families, counseling and psychological support are especially important, helping them develop adaptability, communication skills, independence and positive personality development. The discussion is an opportunity for teachers and students to listen, share, understand, and contribute to building a healthy and sustainable educational environment.

In the coming time, the CAND Academy of Politics will continue to focus on promoting counseling and psychological support activities for students, and strengthen coordination with general education institutions nationwide to build a safe, friendly, and humane educational environment where each student is listened to, understood, and comprehensively developed in terms of intelligence, personality, and life values, contributing to the formation of a new generation of brave, compassionate, and creative citizens.

At the seminar, Major, Dr. Phan Thi Thu Trang, Deputy Head of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities, discussed many practical contents, including the following topics: Managing emotions of school-age children, identification, control and prevention; school violence, identifying situations and safe behavior; juvenile crime, current situation, causes and prevention solutions; building good citizen models in the digital age.
The discussion content helped clarify the role of school psychological counseling in supporting students' awareness, behavior adjustment, and comprehensive personality development; at the same time, it contributes significantly to preventing and limiting the resurgence of crime in today's society.
Also within the framework of the program, leaders, officers and lecturers of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities organized the activity "Lighting up dreams" with profound humanistic meaning, demonstrating the concern of the CAND Political Academy for the work of education, training and nurturing the young generation; arousing the spirit of overcoming difficulties, the will to rise up and the desire to contribute of students; giving gifts to the Board of Directors and students of the Quang Ninh Province Ethnic Minority Boarding Secondary and High School.
