General Director of Tan A Dai Thanh Group Nguyen Duy Chinh was honored in the Top 10 Red Star Awards 2025

Hanoi, November 26, 2025, at the Red Star Award Ceremony - Outstanding Young Vietnamese Entrepreneurs 2025, Mr. Nguyen Duy Chinh, General Director of Tan A Dai Thanh Group, was honored in the Top 10 outstanding young entrepreneurs. The award was organized by the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association to honor young leaders with outstanding contributions to economic growth, innovation and sustainable development.

This year's awards were selected through a rigorous evaluation process, based on the following criteria: business performance, leadership, innovation, digital transformation, community responsibility and sustainable development orientation.

Taking on the position of General Director of Tan A Dai Thanh Group since 2015, businessman Nguyen Duy Chinh has led the Group to expand its scale and grow strongly. Tan A Dai Thanh is currently ranked 40th in the Top 100 private enterprises with the largest budget contributions in Vietnam in 2024 ; honored in the Top 40 Outstanding Private Enterprises after 40 years of Innovation, Top 10 Golden Stars of Vietnam.

Tan A Dai Thanh develops on three strategic pillars: Industry - High Technology - Real Estate , creating a closely linked ecosystem. Currently, the Group owns 4 corporations, 45 member companies, 17 high-tech factories at home and abroad, with more than 6,000 employees.

Participating in the Red Star Award, businessman Nguyen Duy Chinh considers this not only a personal honor, but also an opportunity to connect with young entrepreneurs, forming production and business chains , creating synergistic values ; enhancing the competitiveness of Vietnamese products in the international market.

Sharing at the award ceremony, General Director Nguyen Duy Chinh emphasized:

In recent years, Tan A Dai Thanh Group has spent tens of billions of VND to support people affected by natural disasters, awarded scholarships to poor students and coordinated with social organizations to implement many projects on hunger eradication, poverty reduction and sustainable development...

The Red Star Award - Young Vietnamese Entrepreneurs 2025 was launched in July 2025, attracting more than 300 candidates nationwide. From the screening process, the Organizing Committee selected the Top 100 outstanding young entrepreneurs , including the Top 10 Red Stars . After 26 seasons of organization, the Red Star Award has become a symbol of the spirit of innovation, business courage and aspirations of the generation of Vietnamese entrepreneurs.
