In 2024, Party committees and grassroots Party organizations in the province seriously and promptly led and directed the implementation of key tasks in judicial reform, ensuring the progress and quality requirements were met. Relevant documents related to judicial activities were promptly implemented; the judicial and auxiliary judicial staff were strengthened and consolidated; and the material facilities, conditions, and resources for judicial activities in the locality were enhanced. Judicial agencies complied with legal regulations, especially those concerning the receipt and handling of crime reports and denunciations, prosecution, investigation and handling of crimes, execution of temporary detention and custody, execution of criminal sentences, and resolution of complaints and denunciations in judicial activities. State management in the auxiliary judicial field continued to receive attention and be strengthened.

In 2025, the Provincial Steering Committee for Judicial Reform will continue to lead the effective implementation of the Central and Provincial Party Committees' guidelines and directives on judicial reform; organize the dissemination and implementation of new laws effective in 2025. It will focus on advising and promptly implementing projects and plans to carry out Resolution No. 27-NQ/TW of the Central Committee on continuing to build and perfect the socialist rule of law state of Vietnam in the new period. It will also consolidate and reorganize the organizational structure and improve the quality of staff in judicial and auxiliary judicial agencies. Judicial agencies are focusing on effectively implementing the Politburo 's Regulation 114-QĐ/TW on controlling power and preventing and combating corruption and negative practices in personnel work, and the Politburo's Regulation 132-QĐ/TW on controlling power and preventing and combating corruption and negative practices in investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments; strengthening coordination and innovating procedures and regulations in investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments; promptly handling and resolving cases and incidents, especially serious, complex cases that attract public attention; effectively carrying out citizen reception work; receiving and processing complaints, denunciations, petitions, and feedback from citizens related to judicial activities; and promoting administrative reform and digital transformation, applying information technology in judicial agencies.
