Gangform is a formwork system used for the exterior of buildings, originating from Korea, often used for skyscrapers. There are two famous buildings that have applied Gang form technology: Keangnam Hanoi and Landmark 81 in Ho Chi Minh City.

Aluminum form is a type of shaped formwork, designed to be shaped synchronously. All walls, columns, beams, and stair floors of a typical floor are poured concrete at one time, ensuring safety, savings, and aesthetics. Semi-top-down is a technology for constructing underground parts of high-rise buildings, using the top-down method, different from bottom-up construction, which is from the bottom up. Semi-top-down has many outstanding advantages in both safety and progress, especially for projects with large basement depths.
