According to a statement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs , at the invitation of the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, Luong Cuong, the President of the Republic of South Africa, Matamela Cyril Ramaphosa, will pay a state visit to Vietnam from October 23-24.
