Announcement of the decision regarding the Chief Inspector of Quang Ngai Province.

On the morning of December 12th, the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province held a conference to announce decisions regarding the transfer and appointment of the Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs and the Chief Inspector of Quang Ngai province.

At the conference, Director of the Department of Internal Affairs Ta Cong Dung announced Decision No. 1679/QD-UBND of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province regarding the transfer and appointment of the Chief Inspector of Quang Ngai province.

Accordingly, Comrade Thai Van Tuong, Provincial Party Committee member and Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs, is appointed to the position of Chief Inspector of Quang Ngai province for a term of 5 years, from December 15, 2025 to December 15, 2030.

Decision No. 1676/QD-UBND of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province on the transfer of Mr. Nguyen Van Dieu, Provincial Party Committee member, Chief Inspector of the province, to the position of Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs for a term of 5 years, from December 15, 2025 to December 15, 2030.

Speaking at the conference, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hoang Giang affirmed that the transferred and appointed officials have a long work history and practical experience through various positions and tasks. The Quang Ngai Provincial Inspectorate and the Department of Foreign Affairs are two important agencies that contribute to the development of Quang Ngai province in the new phase.

The Provincial Inspectorate is a valuable asset to Quang Ngai province in managing, supervising, and providing early warnings to prevent violations; at the same time, officials in the sector need to closely follow development orientations to support functional agencies in achieving socio-economic targets.

In the current context, investment promotion and attracting businesses are very important; therefore, the Department of Foreign Affairs is strengthening cooperation programs to create new resources for Quang Ngai province.

Chairman of the People's Committee of Quang Ngai province, Nguyen Hoang Giang, requested that the collective of officials and civil servants of the two units continue to promote the spirit of solidarity and support the new leader in successfully completing his tasks and contributing to the overall development of the province.

Comrade Thai Van Tuong, Chief Inspector of Quang Ngai Province, was born on August 4, 1980, in Phu My Nam commune, Gia Lai province (formerly My Tai commune, Phu My district, Binh Dinh province). He has held various positions and gained practical experience from the grassroots level: From 2016-2023, he served as Deputy Chief and Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office (formerly Kon Tum province); from 2023 to June 2025, he was the Secretary of Dak Glei district (formerly Kon Tum province); and in July 2025, he became the Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Quang Ngai province.
