In which, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City will inspect the enrollment work, implementation of public regulations at Tesla Primary, Secondary and High School (Area 1 - Ho Chi Minh City). Inspect the educational activities and management work at Emasi Nam Long Primary, Secondary and High School (Tan Thuan Ward); Dao Duy Tu High School (Dong Hung Thuan Ward); Viet Anh 3 Primary, Secondary and High School (Phu Loi Ward); Le Hong Phong High School (Tam Thang Ward).

After the merger, the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City implemented management work according to professional clusters based on the administrative boundaries of wards, communes, special zones and the number of students... so it divided the scale of the education sector of 168 wards, communes, and special zones into 16 school clusters to manage professional and educational activities.

Each cluster includes schools from kindergarten to high school, vocational education and continuing education in the area. The leader of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City said that for each professional cluster, for each subject, the Department of Education and Training assigns 1-2 managers/teachers to take on the role of network teachers to provide professional support to teachers in the cluster.
