TPBank announced a 2,000 billion VND support package for customers affected by storms and floods.

According to TPBank 's Support Program for Individual Customers Affected by Storms and Floods Caused by Typhoon Yagi, in addition to reducing the current interest payments by up to 50%, the bank will maintain this reduced interest rate until January 31, 2025 at the latest. The program applies from now until the end of October, with a limit of up to VND 2,000 billion.

TPBank's interest rate support program covers all northern provinces and cities affected by floods caused by Typhoon Yagi, including Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Hanoi, Cao Bang, Yen Bai , Tuyen Quang, Thai Nguyen, and Lao Cai, among others.

In addition to this special interest rate support program, TPBank has previously adjusted the interest rate for loans to buy real estate, project houses; build and repair houses; and repay other bank loans down to only 0%/year fixed for the first 3 months, 8.2% fixed for the next 9 months, with a 3-month fixed interest rate loan package.

In addition, the bank always offers loan packages with preferential fixed long-term interest rates such as: 6.8%/year fixed for the first 12 months; 7.3%/year fixed for the first 18 months; 7.8%/year fixed for the first 24 months; 8.8%/year fixed for the first 36 months. These interest rates are applicable until the end of February of the following year.

Previously, responding to the call of the Presidium of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front , promoting the spirit of "mutual love" and joining hands to help people in localities that suffered damage, TPBank directly donated 2 billion VND at the Launching Ceremony to support people affected by storm No. 3.

At the same time, representatives from TPBank and DOJI Gold and Gemstone Group Joint Stock Company were present in Yen Bai province to share and donate 500 million VND each to support the local people in overcoming the consequences of the floods and stabilizing their lives as soon as possible.
