Ho Chi Minh City encourages people to use the Digital Citizen App

The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee has just issued a communication plan to promote people to use the application "Ho Chi Minh City Digital Citizen App - Connecting citizens and the government", contributing to building a modern, practical digital government close to the people.

Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee launched a campaign to become a digital citizen of Ho Chi Minh City by the end of 2024.

According to the plan, from now until the end of 2025 (phase 1), Ho Chi Minh City will maintain communication activities and collect feedback from users, organizations, and conduct surveys to perfect the application. At the same time, regularly update new features, aiming to integrate the application into a multi-utility platform.

From 2026 (phase 2), the city will continue to maintain regular communication, update information and new features. In particular, ensure information is posted regularly and continuously; build new features necessary for people and the government...

The Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee requires ensuring the application operates stably and smoothly, providing utilities that practically serve people's lives, while creating a simple and fast two-way communication channel between people and the government. Communication about the Digital Citizen App will be widely deployed, targeting all audiences, with special attention to young people, students and households.
