The Department of Construction is responsible for guiding the People's Committees of relevant wards and communes to list 112 projects to synchronously and publicly post the list of projects that are eligible for exemption from construction permits; at the same time, update the guiding documents of the Ministry of Construction and legal regulations on the division of authority of local authorities at 2 levels in the field of state management of construction.
Along with that, guide the People's Committees of wards and communes to consistently guide individuals and organizations to comply with approved planning and comply with legal regulations on construction commencement when receiving notice of construction commencement time.
At the same time, guide the organization to inspect the implementation and promptly support the People's Committees of wards and communes to resolve difficulties and problems arising during the implementation process; coordinate with relevant agencies and units to continue reviewing, to carry out the announcement (phase 2) on July 15.
In addition, the Department of Construction is responsible for reviewing other areas in the city to continue to announce in the next batches the list of projects and areas eligible for exemption from construction permits.
In parallel, continue to research and deploy the digitization of construction permit data, including the digitization of technical drawings, legal documents, inspection records and other documents related to construction permit issuance, to facilitate inspection and monitoring of the licensing process, minimizing errors. Create conditions for people and businesses to easily look up information, submit documents online, and shorten processing time.
Vice Chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People's Committee Bui Xuan Cuong assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to preside over and coordinate with the City's Land Registration Office to review current regulations to guide the People's Committees of wards, communes, and the People's Committees of Con Dao Special Zone to uniformly and synchronously implement the work of handling procedures for granting construction permits for individual houses (exempted from construction permits) according to the lists announced by the Department of Construction.
