The Passion of Dodin Bouffant is based on the character and culinary inspiration from the book by food writer Marvel Rouff, set in 1885, a time when French cuisine was at its peak. The story revolves around chef Eugenie and his discerning diner, Dodin Bouffant.

The two worked together for two decades and gradually developed feelings for each other over time. They created dishes filled with passion, earning the admiration of top chefs worldwide . The film stars two French film stars, Juliette Binoche and Benoit Magimel. Additionally, 14-Michelin-star chef Pierre Gagnaire will serve as culinary consultant for this project.
