Deploying 2 administrative procedures related to maternity, pension and allowance regimes on VNeID application

The implementation of these two procedures is expected to help people, workers and social insurance beneficiaries access public services quickly and conveniently.

Specifically, 2 administrative procedures deployed on VNeID include: "Resolving maternity benefits for employees who quit their jobs before giving birth or adopting a child" and "Resolving transfer of benefits to another location for people receiving monthly pensions and social insurance benefits or waiting to receive monthly pensions and benefits". This helps people to use the service more quickly and conveniently.

The deployment aims to implement Plan No. 02-KH/BCĐTW, dated June 19, 2025 of the Central Steering Committee on science, technology development, innovation and digital transformation to promote interconnected, synchronous, fast and effective digital transformation to meet the requirements of restructuring the apparatus of the political system.

To ensure effective implementation, Vietnam Social Security requires provincial Social Security to report to the Provincial People's Committee, coordinate with the Department of Health and the Department of Justice to share data according to Decision No. 69/QD-TTg; guide affiliated units to assign specific tasks of receiving, processing records and responding to status via the VNeID application in accordance with the process; promptly reflect any problems arising during the implementation process to the Provincial People's Committee and Vietnam Social Security; periodically on the last day of each month, summarize the implementation results of the month and transfer them to Vietnam Social Security (through the Social Security Policy Implementation Board).

The implementation of these two procedures is expected to help people, workers and social insurance beneficiaries access public services quickly and conveniently, limit paper documents and shorten processing time./.
