Deploying the topic of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in 2024 in the whole province

On the morning of January 19, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held a conference combining direct and online research, study, dissemination, propaganda and implementation of the 2024 theme "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, promoting democracy, caring for people's lives, building Thai Binh into a model province in all aspects" and a number of resolutions, directives and regulations of the Party in the whole province.

Attending the conference at the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee headquarters were comrades: Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, Provincial National Assembly Delegation; leaders of departments, branches, sectors and organizations. The conference was connected to 272 connecting points in the whole province with nearly 30,000 delegates attending.

The 2024 topic has two main parts: Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style and the Party's viewpoints on promoting democracy and caring for people's lives; promoting democracy, caring for people's lives, and building Thai Binh into a model province in all aspects. The topic provides basic contents of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style; the Party's viewpoints on promoting democracy and caring for people's lives; the process by which the Provincial Party Committee applies Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style, the Party's viewpoints on promoting democracy and caring for people's lives into local practice; the experiences and solutions of the Provincial Party Committee in promoting democracy and caring for people's lives, to build Thai Binh into a model province in all aspects in the coming time.

In order to help cadres, party members and people grasp the basic contents of the 2024 theme; determine the responsibilities of all levels and sectors in promoting democracy, caring for people's lives to build Thai Binh into a model province in all aspects, the Provincial Party Standing Committee has issued a plan to study, learn, disseminate, propagate and implement the 2024 theme. In which, it requires Party committees and party organizations at all levels to regularly direct the study of the 2024 theme in the direction of promoting the spirit of self-awareness of each cadre and party member, especially the leaders of localities and units. Organize learning and following Uncle Ho through specific and practical actions; carry out the commitment to set an example, cultivate and train the ethics of cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees every year. Along with conferences to disseminate and implement for cadres and party members, the 2024 theme needs to be widely propagated among the people; At the same time, we should strengthen the discovery and replication of advanced models in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.

According to the program, along with the dissemination of the content and study plan for the 2024 topic, delegates listened to the dissemination of Regulation No. 131-QD/TW, dated October 27, 2023 of the Politburo on controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in the inspection, supervision, and disciplinary enforcement work of the Party and in inspection and auditing activities; Regulation No. 132-QD/TW, dated October 27, 2023 of the Politburo on controlling power, preventing and combating corruption and negativity in investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of sentences; and a number of resolutions and directives of the Politburo and the Secretariat.
