Prepare well the conditions before the 6th Session, 15th National Assembly
The 6th session of the 15th National Assembly opens on October 23, 2023 and is expected to close on November 29, 2023. The session will be held centrally at the National Assembly House in two sessions. Between the two sessions, the National Assembly will spend one week for relevant agencies to receive, revise, and finalize draft laws and resolutions, while creating conditions for non-professional National Assembly deputies to handle work at their agencies and units.
In preparation for the 6th Session, the Provincial National Assembly Delegation coordinated with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels to organize meetings with voters in 13 localities. Thereby, the National Assembly Delegation compiled 13 opinions and recommendations from voters under the Central authority and 8 opinions and recommendations from voters under the provincial authority.
To contribute opinions to draft laws and resolutions submitted to the National Assembly, the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies has collected documents, proactively researched, consulted experts, prepared discussion content; requested National Assembly deputies to focus on researching and participating in discussions on a number of contents in specialized fields; participated in conferences and meetings to examine and give opinions.
In addition, the Provincial National University Delegation has also prepared conditions to ensure attendance at the meeting; implemented provincial-level scientific research topics; coordinated with units to effectively implement social security work...

Next, the delegates listened to the Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Tran Tu Anh approve the plan to organize the regular session at the end of 2023 of the 18th Provincial People's Council, scheduled to be held from December 6-8, 2023.
The session will consider 13 regular reports submitted by the Provincial People's Committee; 6 reports by the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Council's committees; 5 reports by agencies; contents submitted to the Provincial People's Council to issue 23 thematic resolutions at the session; questions and answers; vote of confidence for the person holding the position elected by the Provincial People's Council; and implement a number of other important contents.
Regarding the preparation of the session, the Provincial People's Committee shall send the meeting documents to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Council committees to serve the verification work no later than November 21, 2023. The Provincial People's Council committees shall send the verification reports to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council no later than November 29, 2023. The Provincial People's Committee shall send the official documents of the session (after receiving verification opinions) to the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council no later than November 30, 2023. The Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council shall send documents to the delegates no later than December 1, 2023.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council shall preside over and coordinate with the National Assembly Delegation, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, the Standing Committee of the People's Council and the Standing Committee of the Fatherland Front Committees of districts, cities and towns to organize for the Provincial People's Council delegates to meet with voters in the localities. The time for meeting with voters will take place from November 9, 2023 to November 15, 2023.
Provincial People's Council delegations participate in meeting voters, organizing delegation meetings to discuss and give opinions on the contents submitted to the session from December 1, 2023 to December 4, 2023.

At the same time, he requested that the contents presented at the regular year-end meeting must be very thorough, fully legal, and on time.
The provincial People's Council committees need to coordinate with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to strengthen supervision and criticism of the contents submitted to the session so that the resolutions can be implemented soon after being issued. Comrade Hoang Trung Dung also analyzed some contents expected to be submitted to the upcoming provincial People's Council session.
