According to information from Vladivostok airport on August 18, North Korean airline Air Koryo announced the schedule for its first two flights from Pyongyang to Russia after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Specifically, the first flight from Pyongyang to Vladivostok (Russia) will take off on August 25th, and the next one is scheduled for August 28th.
Earlier that day, the Russian Foreign Ministry's representative office in Vladivostok revealed that Air Koryo had provided information on the price of a flight from Pyongyang to Vladivostok, which was as high as $230.
Vladivostok airport stated: “These flights will definitely take place. For the first time since the pandemic, Air Koryo flights are scheduled for August 25 and 28, 2023.”
However, beyond the information above, the airport has not disclosed any further details about return flights to Pyongyang or other flights between the two cities.
Air transport between Russia and North Korea has been suspended since 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Earlier this week, in an interview with Sputnik news agency, Russian Ambassador to North Korea Alexander Matsegora stated that Moscow and Pyongyang are actively discussing various issues related to restoring bilateral exchanges in the near future.
