Schools have reviewed and inspected all facilities, especially items at risk of unsafety such as metal roofs, glass doors, electrical systems, fences, etc. At the same time, they have rearranged classrooms, documents, and books in the library; reinforced outdoor equipment and toys; moved machinery, teaching equipment, tables and chairs, files, textbooks, etc. to high, safe places to avoid flooding or damage due to storms. Trees on campus have been trimmed to limit the risk of falling, causing danger in heavy rain and strong winds.

In addition, following the direction of the Department of Education and Training, schools have announced that students will be off school on November 6 and 7 to ensure safety; and assigned people to be on duty during the storm to proactively handle situations.
