Mr. Phung Quang Trung received the National Volunteer Award in 2024.
On the evening of December 29th, the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Union and the Central Committee of the Vietnam Youth Federation awarded the 2024 National Volunteer Award to 10 individuals, 10 groups, and honored 200 outstanding volunteer clubs, associations, and groups.
Mr. Phung Quang Trung, head of the Skyline photo restoration team, currently working in Hai Duong, is one of 10 individuals to receive the National Volunteer Award in 2024.

Mr. Phung Quang Trung, born in 1996, is from Soc Son district ( Hanoi City) and currently lives and works in Hai Duong City.
Since 2022, Trung and his colleagues have restored thousands of photos of martyrs from all over the country free of charge to pay tribute to these heroes and martyrs.
In 2024, his team collaborated with the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union to organize two programs, "Hai Duong - The Day of Return" and "Thanh Mien - The Day of Return," distributing 250 restored photographs of fallen soldiers and gifts to their families. Additionally, he restored memorial photos for the people of Nu village.

He was awarded a certificate of merit by the Hai Duong Provincial Youth Union for his outstanding achievements in volunteer activities in Hai Duong province, along with many other certificates of merit and commemorative medals from other organizations.
As part of the National Volunteer Day program in Lao Cai province, on the morning of the same day, Trung and the members of the Skyline group organized a "free photo booth" to take, frame, and give away free photos to youth union members and local people.
