According to Xinhua News Agency, General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping said he was very pleased to have a phone call with General Secretary To Lam at the end of the old year and the beginning of the new year on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-China diplomatic relations.
