Consulting on policies and laws on social insurance, unemployment insurance, health insurance

On November 3, at the Provincial Employment Service Center, the Provincial Social Insurance (SSI) organized a Policy and Law Consultation Point on social insurance, unemployment insurance (UI), and health insurance (HI) in response to the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

At the Consulting Point, the provincial Social Insurance officers organized direct dialogues and disseminated and consulted on the Social Insurance Law 2024, the amended Health Insurance Law 2024 and other relevant legal documents, including: New points of the Social Insurance Law, the amended Health Insurance Law 2024 effective from July 1, 2025; disseminated sanctions for evasion, late payment, and appropriation of social insurance and health insurance money by enterprises and employers; provided guidance on the rights and obligations of employees and employers in implementing social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance policies.

Many people and workers are consulted and answered about social insurance policies.

In addition, workers are also instructed on how to prevent and handle acts of impersonating social insurance officers and taking advantage of social networks to defraud people; answer questions about social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance policies and laws; and guide on how to install and use the VssID-Social Insurance Digital application.

Through propaganda activities to help people, employees, and employers clearly and fully understand the views and policies of the Party and State on policies and laws on social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance in order to create unity and consensus in the implementation of legal regulations on social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance in the province in 2025.

Thereby, enhancing the role and responsibility of employers, employees, people, organizations, units, individuals... in participating in and enjoying social insurance, unemployment insurance, and health insurance regimes and policies.

Propaganda activities in response to the Law Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam are deployed synchronously and uniformly throughout the provincial Social Insurance system with contents, forms and methods suitable to the actual situation in each locality.
