During the inspection on the evening of October 20, the police also discovered a young man riding a motorbike without a helmet, so they signaled him to stop for inspection. However, the young man did not obey the order and accelerated to run away. Upon discovering the incident, the mobile patrol force pursued and brought the young man in for inspection. The inspection results showed that the young man did not violate the alcohol concentration limit, but at the time of inspection, he could not present any documents related to the vehicle. The police temporarily detained the vehicle for investigation and handling according to regulations.

Also on the night of October 20, the working group recorded a case of a citizen who did not comply with the request of the police force, did not present vehicle documents and left for another place.

In cases of non-compliance with alcohol concentration testing, if there are inappropriate behaviors and words, insults or offenses against cadres, reports must be submitted to superiors to direct the Police Investigation Agency to handle and resolve; if there are signs of crime, prosecution and handling must be initiated according to the provisions of law to serve as a deterrent.
