Tuyet Phuong with a "double" full scholarship

Having just successfully defended her graduation thesis in International Trade from the Faculty of International Business (University of Economics , Da Nang University), student Le Kha Tuyet Phuong received great news when she won two full scholarships from prestigious universities in Europe.

First, there's a full scholarship from the Danish government through Copenhagen Business School, where Phuong plans to study for an MSc EBA in Supply Chain Management. This scholarship covers all tuition and living expenses for two years, estimated at approximately 1.6 billion VND. In addition, there's a full scholarship from the University of Trento (Italy) worth approximately 700 million VND.

Winning a full scholarship twice, beating thousands of other applicants, is no easy feat. Recalling that time, Phuong can't help but feel emotional.

The period of preparing applications to send to universities was also when the final-year student was juggling the pressure of coursework and the first semester exams. "During that time, thanks to the support of my family, friends, and teachers, and my efforts in managing my time, I was able to overcome each stage and gradually reach my dream," Phuong said.

Recently, Phuong officially became the valedictorian of the International Business major at the Faculty of International Business. She achieved a perfect GPA of 4.0/4.0 and also scored 8.0 on the IELTS exam.

Previously, this student from Da Nang possessed an impressive record of achievements in academics, scientific research, and student union activities, including: First Prize in the Student Scientific Research Competition at the faculty, university, and city levels, and Third Prize in the Ministry of Education and Training-level competition in 2024; "Best Paper Award" at the International Conference of Student Scientific Research from Universities of Economics and Business 2024; academic achievement scholarships for six consecutive semesters; "The Best of MB Chasing" scholarship for two consecutive years; participation in a presentation at the International Scientific Conference for Young Scientists in Economics and Business 2024…

One of the people who stood by Phuong's side throughout her journey to achieving her dream was Dr. Pham Thi Be Loan.

Throughout the four years Phương studied at the International Business Faculty, and up until the day she prepared her application for studying abroad, Ms. Loan was her constant companion, helping her research scholarships, choose reputable majors and universities, revise her application, and write letters of recommendation. Ms. Loan's wish was to help the university admissions committees see Phương's seriousness, ambition, and academic potential.

In Dr. Pham Thi Be Loan's opinion, Phuong is a dynamic student with a progressive spirit in her studies and always proactively seeks out new knowledge.

My success is also significantly contributed to by the well-structured training program at the Faculty of International Business, University of Economics, with content that closely integrates theory and practice, and is always updated according to international standards. This is one of the fundamental factors that enables Phuong and her classmates to confidently integrate and conquer their international dreams.

These days, Phuong is busy preparing for her university graduation and embarking on her journey in Europe. Besides knowledge, her upcoming journey will also include creativity, a positive attitude, and the unwavering dedication of a dynamic young person from the city by the Han River.
