On the morning of August 1, the People's Committee of Bat Xat commune held a dialogue meeting with households to agree on a solution to the incident related to the reflection of 16 households in Hai Khe village, Bat Xat commune, who were relocated due to the implementation of an investment project: Tuynel brick factory with a capacity of 40 million bricks/year of Phu Hung Production - Import-Export Joint Stock Company.

Implementing the Tuynel Brick Factory project, Phu Hung Production - Import Export Joint Stock Company has reclaimed land from 16 households and arranged new housing in Hai Khe resettlement area. However, up to now, the households have not been granted land use right certificates. At the meeting, the households requested the State to issue land use right certificates to ensure the rights of the households.

Investment project: Tunnel brick factory with capacity of 40 million bricks/year in Ban Qua commune, Bat Xat district, Lao Cai province (now Bat Xat commune, Lao Cai province) of Phu Hung Production - Import Export Joint Stock Company was deployed since 2009.

Concluding the meeting, based on the agreement of the parties, comrade Nguyen Manh Hung, Chairman of Bat Xat Commune People's Committee, requested: Phu Hung Production - Import - Export Joint Stock Company to support households according to the plan agreed upon at the meeting; The Branch of the Land Registration Office and relevant departments and offices of the commune immediately carry out procedures for granting land use right certificates according to regulations, ensuring the rights of households.
