The Ministry of Education and Training has just sent an official dispatch to higher education institutions and the National Testing Center and Education Quality Assessment regarding the organization of the computer-based university entrance assessment test (V-SAT).

According to the Ministry of Education and Training, in recent days, the media has published a number of articles about the V-SAT exam, which was jointly administered by 18 higher education institutions and the National Testing Center and Education Quality Assessment under the Department of Quality Management.

Regarding this matter, the Ministry of Education and Training affirmed that the Ministry has no policy to assign the National Testing Center and Education Quality Assessment to develop an exam for universities to use in university admissions (V-SAT exam).

The cooperation between universities in organizing exams must comply with current regulations on university and college admissions for preschool education.

Therefore, the Ministry of Education and Training requires units to strictly implement communication work, absolutely not using phrases and concepts that make society misunderstand that the V-SAT test is a test of the Ministry of Education and Training.

The document signed by Mr. Huynh Van Chuong - Director of the Department of Quality Management (Ministry of Education and Training) - emphasized: "The Ministry of Education and Training will inspect and examine entrance exams organized by higher education institutions to ensure compliance with legal regulations."
