Office of the National Assembly Delegation and Provincial People's Council deploys tasks for 2024

On behalf of the Prime Minister , Comrade Lo Van Phuong, Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, presented Certificates of Commendation to individuals and collectives.

In 2023, the Office of the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies and the Provincial People's Council successfully completed its work program, plan, and tasks. In particular, it provided timely and effective advice to the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies and the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council in preparing for sessions, supervising, directing, and coordinating the activities of the Provincial People's Council's Committees. It successfully organized the 60th anniversary celebration of the Dien Bien Provincial People's Council election; and the 11th, 12th, and 13th sessions of the 15th term of the Provincial People's Council. The Office proactively and creatively innovated in its advisory and support work for the activities of the Delegation of National Assembly Deputies, the Provincial People's Council, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Council's Committees, the People's Council delegate groups, and the National Assembly and Provincial People's Council delegates. Coordination between the Office and departments, agencies, districts, towns, and cities was maintained regularly and closely. 100% of officials, civil servants, and employees completed their tasks well, with 20% achieving outstanding performance.

During the year, the Office advised on the organization of 7 meetings with voters, with over 1,500 voters attending; 7 thematic supervision sessions; advised and assisted National Assembly deputies and the National Assembly delegation in holding 3 regular meetings, 4 visits, and 2 cases at the provincial citizen reception office, and 3 regular meetings, 13 visits; advised and assisted the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, the People's Council Committees, and People's Council deputies in holding 7 regular meetings and 24 regular meetings, with more than 40 citizens…

Comrade Giàng Thị Hoa, Vice Chairperson of the Provincial People's Council, presented the Badge for Contributions to the Construction and Protection of the Province to individuals.

In 2024, the Office launched a competitive emulation movement with 5 specific contents, divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 (from January to June) focused on achieving outstanding performance in fulfilling tasks, especially to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory; Phase 2 (from July to December) focused on achieving outstanding performance to commemorate major national holidays.

At the concluding conference, the Office of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation and People's Council elected the People's Inspection Committee.

On this occasion, one collective and one individual with outstanding achievements in their work from 2018 to 2022 received Certificates of Commendation from the Prime Minister; two individuals were awarded badges by the Provincial People's Committee for their contributions to the construction and protection of the province; and many collectives and individuals received commendations from the Office, the Party Committee, and the Trade Union.
