According to the agreement, VNPT and LPBank commit to prioritizing each other's services based on competitive pricing and guaranteed service quality. Specifically, LPBank will utilize telecommunications and information technology solutions from VNPT, such as: solutions to enhance customer experience; solutions to digitize internal management; information security solutions; eKYC; and telecommunications services, digital television channels, and transmission infrastructure.
Conversely, VNPT will expand its use of financial services provided by LPBank, ranging from credit, account management and centralized capital, payments, deposits to other financial and investment services.

Beyond simply utilizing each other's services, the cooperation agreement also aims to develop integrated products that directly benefit customers, such as linking VNPT Money e-wallet with LPBank accounts; mobile products and digital signatures for individual customers integrated with LPBank's products…
This collaboration not only maximizes the experience for millions of individual and business customers but also adds value to the entire ecosystem of both parties, contributing to financial inclusion, encouraging cashless payments, and enhancing competitiveness in the market.
The signing of this comprehensive cooperation agreement is a continuation and further development of the cooperative relationship that has been built and nurtured over many years, affirming the role of a comprehensive partner, bound by long-term interests, and aiming for practical results for both sides.
