National Tennis Championship 2025: Explosion and Finals!
After 7 days of exciting competition, on the afternoon of October 19, the National Tennis Championship - NovaWorld Cup 2025 officially ended at NovaWorld Phan Thiet Tennis Court Complex ( Lam Dong ).
The tournament was organized by the Vietnam Tennis Federation (VTF) in coordination with the Department of Sports and Physical Training; the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Lam Dong province and NovaGroup Corporation, bringing together more than 100 top professional tennis players in the country.
During the 7 days of competition, the players competed with all their might in the Men's Singles, Women's Singles, Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles categories, demonstrating the form and mettle of professional Vietnamese tennis.
Many attractive plays were performed by the players at the tournament.
Many matches were assessed to be of high professional quality, showing the remarkable progress of the next generation of young athletes and the perseverance and courage of experienced players.
Mr. Nguyen Hong Son - Vice President and General Secretary of VTF - said that right after the end of the National Championship, the most outstanding faces will be summoned by VTF and organized training to prepare for the 33rd Sea Game in December 2025 in Thailand.
"The National Tennis Championship - NovaWorld Cup 2025 was a great success in terms of expertise, organization and communication. This is an important stepping stone to continue to improve the national tournament system, aiming at the goal of developing professional Vietnamese tennis and integrating internationally" - Mr. Nguyen Hong Son shared.

This year's tournament also saw the brilliance of young players such as Nguyen Dai Khanh (HCMC) and Vu Khanh Phuong (HCMC) when both of them excellently made it to the semi-finals and tied for third place in the men's and women's singles.
These young faces have contributed to creating a vivid and promising picture for Vietnamese tennis in the near future.
Especially in the men's doubles event, the athlete duo Vu Ha Minh Duc and Truong Thanh Minh (AP Sports Club) played explosively and confidently in every move, excellently surpassing the veteran pair Le Quoc Khanh and Nguyen Dac Tien ( Hanoi ) to win the National Championship in the men's doubles event.
Tennis player Vu Ha Minh Duc also excelled in winning the men's singles championship. In the women's singles, the championship belonged to Tran Thuy Thanh Truc (HCMC); the pair Le Trung Tinh - Phan Diem Quynh (Army) won the mixed doubles championship; the pair Phan Diem Quynh and Ngo Hong Hanh (Army) won the women's doubles championship.
