(Dan Tri) - The person wearing a shipper's shirt who was beaten up in Vinh city ( Nghe An ) was identified as an 11th grade student at a specialized school in Nghe An .


On the evening of February 18, a representative of Vinh City General Hospital, Nghe An told Dan Tri reporter that the person who was repeatedly beaten in the face and kicked in the body on the same afternoon on Tran Phu Street, Vinh City was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment.

At the emergency department of Vinh City General Hospital, the patient was given a CT scan of the skull and face and diagnosed with a fracture of the main nasal bone.

"After the scan, the patient was admitted to the hospital. After that, the doctors ordered another CT scan of the brain, but the patient did not agree and suddenly asked to be transferred to another hospital," said a representative of Vinh City General Hospital.

According to the source, after the incident was spread on social networks, on the same afternoon, Quang Trung Ward Police coordinated with Vinh City Police to quickly direct the investigation forces to clarify the case.

During the investigation, the police identified the alleged shipper who was beaten as NQS (17 years old, residing in Quang Trung ward, Vinh city). S. is in 11th grade at Vinh University High School for the Gifted.

According to initial information, after finishing school, S. borrowed a friend's shipper shirt to wear home to keep warm.

When S. was on his way home, he reached the intersection on Tran Phu Street opposite Vinh City General Hospital, when he encountered a red light and stopped his car. At that moment, a man was walking across the street, and there was a slight collision. However, before S. could explain and apologize, the man rushed in and beat him.

Through investigation, the police identified the person who beat S. as Dang Thai Hoang (born in 1995).

According to Vinh City Police, the initial cause stemmed from a minor traffic collision and Hoang beating S. as shown in the clip posted on social media.

The police are consolidating the case file to handle Dang Thai Hoang according to the law.

On the afternoon of February 18, a clip recording a scuffle on Tran Phu Street, Vinh City, quickly spread on social networks, causing a stir in public opinion.

According to information from the clip and post, the incident occurred when a young male delivery man was driving on the street and was suddenly attacked by another person. This person kicked and punched the victim repeatedly.

Moments later, a woman accompanying the attacker intervened, causing the man to stop.
