Recently, the Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 organizing committee held an event to announce and unveil the crown for the new Miss Universe Vietnam and the tiara for the runner-up. Accordingly, the Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 crown (Miss Cosmo Vietnam) is named "Tre'15 The Crown".

"The crown is inspired by the indomitable spirit of bamboo, always reaching upwards, humble, patient, and forging each segment to become a complete form. Bamboo grows in various terrains and soils, overcoming adversity to reach for the light. We believe this aligns with the spirit of 'Made, Not Born - I Am Forged' that the competition aims for," said a representative of the Miss Universe Vietnam organizing committee.

Referring to the name and value of the Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 crown, "Tre'15," a representative of the Miss Universe Vietnam organizing committee added: "'Tre'15' refers to a brilliant 15-year journey of Miss Universe Vietnam (from 2008 to 2023), affirming the value of this beauty pageant. Both the crown for the new Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 and the tiara for the runner-up are wrapped in pure, shimmering platinum, adorned with 3 Blue Sapphire Princess stones at the center, totaling 130.4ct. In addition, the crown is also studded with 100 Blue Sapphire Marquise stones and 744 White Zirconia stones of various sizes, sparkling brightly and covering the entire crown."

According to the organizers, the Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 crown and the tiara for the runner-up were produced over 1960 continuous hours.

In further discussion with a reporter from Dan Viet newspaper regarding the value of the Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 crown, the organizers of the competition requested to keep it confidential, stating that the crown is priceless and its true value is difficult to quantify.

Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 Semifinals and Finals: Top 2 contestants will not participate in the Q&A round.

In addition, the organizers also revealed changes to the content of the two semi-final and final nights of Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 at this event. Accordingly, the Semi-Final - National Costume Show will take place on December 26th and the Final of Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 will take place on December 31st, 2023 in Da Lat City ( Lam Dong province), with several changes to the content of the competition nights. Specifically, the National Costume Show segment in the Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 Semi-Finals will not include the Ao Dai (traditional Vietnamese dress) performance.

"After the introductions, the Top 38 contestants will have 30 to 45 seconds to introduce themselves. This is an opportunity for the audience to get to know the contestants better through their direct speech over the microphone."

The Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 final night included the following main events: Group performance - Announcement of the Top 16; Top 16 bikini performance; Announcement of the Top 10 and Top 10 evening gown performance; Announcement of the Top 5 and announcement of the opening of voting for the Top 2; Top 5 Q&A session and selection of the Top 2 for public speaking and presentation of future action plans. This is the first time in the history of the competition that there will be no second runner-up, and the Top 2 will not participate in the Q&A challenge," a representative of the Miss Universe Vietnam organizing committee shared with Dan Viet.

Huge prizes for the new Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 and the runner-up.

Ahead of the semi-finals and finals of Miss Universe Vietnam 2023, the organizers announced that the new Miss Universe Vietnam will receive the "Tre'15 The Crown" and 300 million VND in cash, a luxurious apartment in Ho Chi Minh City for the duration of her reign, a year of private car use, jewelry, an English language scholarship, and more from sponsors.

The runner-up of the Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 pageant will receive not only a tiara but also a cash prize of 150 million VND and many valuable gifts from sponsors.

In addition to the Top 2 Miss Universe Vietnam 2023, the organizers also awarded 30 million VND in cash to the winners of the following special awards: Miss Congeniality; Miss Beach; Miss Popularity; Miss Media; Miss Ao Dai; Miss Photogenic; Miss Sport; Miss Talent; Miss Fashion ; and Miss Congeniality.
