Doai Phuong Commune: Nearly 2,000 people participated in the parade and performance at the Sports Festival

At the ceremony, the national flag blocks, Uncle Ho's photo, sports flags, Congress symbols, red flags and 39 blocks were athletes from villages, armed forces, students, the elderly, the Fatherland Front and political organizations with nearly 2,000 people participating in the parade to show off their strength, performing the following performances: Doai Phuong - belief and aspiration, strong to build and protect the Fatherland, Doai Phuong - a livable countryside, Doai Phuong - aspiration to rise up.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Chairman of the People's Committee of Doai Phuong Commune Nguyen The Hung emphasized that the Sports Festival is a political and social event of special importance, marking a milestone in the development journey of the commune after its establishment. In recent years, the movement "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho" associated with the movement "All people unite to build a cultural life" has been widely deployed in the commune, becoming a vibrant mass movement, attracting a large number of people to participate, contributing to improving health, physical strength, creating a healthy cultural lifestyle and being a connecting thread, strengthening the spirit of solidarity in the community, creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere among the people.

This Sports Congress is the result of the mass sports movement, an opportunity for the locality to demonstrate the strength of the great national unity bloc, and to evaluate the development of the sports career of the commune. The Congress is a place of competition, an opportunity for athletes to exchange, learn, demonstrate their talents and will to rise.

The Congress held competitions in the following sports: Volleyball, Tug of War, Table Tennis, and Sack Jumping. Through the results of the tournaments at the Congress, Doai Phuong commune selected the most outstanding players and formed a team to compete at the City-level Sports Congress, towards the 11th National Sports Congress - 2026.

The Organizing Committee awarded flags, First, Second and Third prizes to teams and individuals with achievements; and commended collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements participating in the Congress.
