Dong Khe Commune builds and classifies over 95% of land database - Cao Bang Electronic Newspaper

Implementing the 90-day campaign to enrich and clean the national land database (Campaign), from October up to now, the People's Committee of Dong Khe commune has built and classified over 95% of the land plot database.

Officials of the Economic Department, Dong Khe Commune People's Committee and functional forces support people of residential group 1 to carry out procedures on land database.

Dong Khe commune after the merger has a natural area of ​​125 km2. Up to now, there are 35,393 land plots that have built a database but need to do it correctly, fully, supplement and verify information of land users and owners of assets attached to the land; 80 land plots have built a database but the data cannot be used, need to build new exploitation. There are 2,351 land plots that lack information or need to verify and supplement information, of which 1,758 land plots have no information; 593 land plots have owners who are deceased and have no replacement information.

The campaign was implemented seriously by the commune, following the correct procedures; the working group worked continuously, updating data according to regulations. However, the progress was still affected, facing many difficulties such as: land records have been backlogged for many years, the lack of documents is common in rural areas and some households have not fully cooperated; the commune has only 1 land official in charge of 3 communes and towns after the merger, the workload is very large; equipment and machinery have not been invested to update digital processing of records; information technology infrastructure has not been synchronously connected between tax agencies, police, etc.
