Minh Tam commune has 21 administrative hamlets, 1,826 households, over 8,000 people, many hamlets are in remote areas, with difficult socio -economic conditions. The direction and management work was implemented early and fully, with 7 review teams and 44 members participating; there are 540 poor and near-poor households under management and households with review requests are included in the list. Preliminary results show that there are 227 poor households, 313 near-poor households; the multidimensional poverty rate of the whole commune is still high, accounting for 29.57%.

Through the inspection, the Working Group assessed that the commune had prepared all the documents and records and properly implemented the review process according to the multidimensional poverty standards for the period 2022 - 2025. However, the implementation process still had difficulties because some households had not fully declared, many workers worked far away, and the investigators had to perform many tasks, so they had to review many times.
The delegation pointed out a number of shortcomings in the review of poor and near-poor households, and at the same time, requested that localities focus on overcoming them, especially the review, preparation of forms, and investigation records to ensure honesty, accuracy, and objectivity; continue to complete records, update accurate data; step up propaganda so that people understand the purpose of the review; need to correctly identify poor and near-poor households to ensure full access to support sources. Pay attention to supporting poor households who need loans but have not yet accessed credit sources, in order to help households gradually stabilize their lives and escape poverty sustainably.
