O Lam commune has 6,790 households meeting the criteria of cultural families.

On October 27, the People's Committee of O Lam commune held a meeting to consider recognizing the titles of "Cultural Family" and "Cultural Hamlet" in 2025.

Delegates participated in the evaluation of the title of cultural family and cultural hamlet in 2025.

In 2025, O Lam commune had 7,196 households registered to participate in the movement of the whole people uniting to build a cultural life. Through evaluation, 6,790 households met the criteria of cultural families (94.3%); 18/18 hamlets maintained and improved the quality of the title of cultural hamlet.

In addition, many hamlets have achieved outstanding results in building cultural life, maintaining security and order, mutual assistance in production, supporting the poor, environmental sanitation and building rural landscapes.

The leaders of O Lam commune requested the hamlets to continue promoting the spirit of solidarity, mobilizing people to participate in building cultural life, replicating good models and creative ways of doing things, contributing to building advanced new rural areas and model new rural areas in the locality...

The People's Committee and the Front Committee of the hamlets actively coordinated to organize the national solidarity festival in residential areas; thereby, praising and rewarding individuals with outstanding achievements in building cultural life, good people, good deeds, and typical cultural families for many consecutive years...
