On October 27th, the First Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Binh An Commune, for the term 2025-2030, announced the decision of the Standing Committee of the An Giang Provincial Youth Union appointing a 23-member Executive Committee and a 7-member Standing Committee. Comrade Le Trong Nguyen was elected as the Secretary of the Binh An Commune Youth Union for the first term, 2025-2030.

During the past term, the Binh An Commune Youth Union effectively implemented the movements "Binh An Youth joining hands to build a civilized urban area"; "For a green Vietnam" and planted 3,000 trees.

The commune's Youth Union built 13 safe traffic gates at schools; 3 Red Scarf houses; organized 12 medical check-up sessions, and donated 1,250 gifts to disadvantaged people. They coordinated with the Social Policy Bank to support 5 young people with loans totaling 250 million VND for economic development; and coordinated the donation of 456 gifts, scholarships, and over 1,350 notebooks to disadvantaged students, with a total value exceeding 135 million VND...
