Thanh Ngai Commune inaugurated and put into use 2 rural roads

BDK.VN - Ben Tre Bridge and Road Science and Technology Association in collaboration with Thanh Ngai Commune People's Committee organized the acceptance and inauguration of two rural roads. Attending were Labor Hero Trinh Van Y - former Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Honorary Chairman of the Provincial Bridge and Road Science and Technology Association; sponsors included Venerable Thich Huong Tri of Van Duc Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh City.

Delegates, sponsors and leaders of Thanh Ngai commune removed the inauguration board of the project.

Road No. 9 of Cho Cu Hamlet is 640m long, the roadbed is widened by 3m, the concrete surface is 2.5m, the construction cost is 360 million VND; Road No. 18 of Thu So Hamlet is 510m long, the concrete surface is 2.5m wide, the construction cost is 310 million VND. It is known that Van Duc Pagoda , Ho Chi Minh City, sponsored each road with 150 million VND (2 roads are 300 million VND), the rest is contributed by the people.

Chairwoman of Thanh Ngai Commune People's Committee Le Thi Lu expressed her gratitude to Ben Tre Bridge and Road Science and Technology Association for their contribution in mobilizing Van Duc Pagoda to continuously sponsor Thanh Ngai Commune from 2015 to present to build 24 bridges and 13 roads with a length of 6,700m worth about 5.2 billion VND. The above bridges and roads create favorable conditions for people to transport goods and travel, and for students to go to school easily.

It is known that Van Duc Pagoda will continue to support 2 more roads, although Thanh Ngai will be merged into Phuoc My Trung commune, there will be a plan to mobilize people to actively build bridges and roads to serve safe travel, creating conditions to exploit the potential of land in remote areas to develop the economy, contributing to building innovative rural areas.
