Identifying digital transformation and promoting the application of information technology as key tasks in administrative reform, the Commune People's Committee applies the quality management system according to TCVN ISO 9001:2005 standards for the activities of administrative agencies according to regulations.
Deploy regulations on connecting and sharing data between agencies and units in the province, install anti-malware software that connects and shares data with the province's Digital Infrastructure and Information Security Center for 100% of staff computers.
Effectively deploy applications such as document management and administration software, official email, digital signature application in management, administration and administrative procedure settlement activities... At the same time, deploy the provision of online public services in full and in part according to the direction of the province.
In 2024, Vu Di Commune People's Committee contributed initiatives to Vinh Tuong District People's Committee on a number of solutions to improve the effectiveness of administrative reform at the commune level.
In particular, the commune has deployed QR codes posted at the commune's one-stop shop, helping people conveniently access, look up, and learn about the administrative procedure settlement process. The initiative of Vu Di Commune People's Committee was recognized by Vinh Tuong District People's Committee, and directed to be replicated in localities.
According to the records at the one-stop department of Vu Di commune, the equipment is invested synchronously and fully, meeting well the activities of receiving and handling administrative procedures including: Personal computer system, scanner with stable internet connection; information lookup system (QR code and listed administrative procedures); suggestion box and hotline phone...
In addition, the entire working area is installed with surveillance cameras, ensuring that administrative procedures are handled openly and transparently.

Develop a plan to improve the quality of administrative procedure settlement, effectively implement the one-stop and one-stop mechanism, diversify the methods of receiving and settling administrative procedures in a professional and effective manner, ensuring connectivity, synchronization and unity.
100% of the staff performing the task of handling administrative procedures are well-trained in expertise and profession, meeting the requirements of administrative reform in a professional, modern and effective direction.
In 2024, Vu Di commune completed 39/39 administrative reform tasks according to the set plan with the rate of administrative procedure files resolved correctly and ahead of schedule reaching 92%; in the first quarter of 2025, the commune completed 22/42 administrative reform tasks, reaching 52% of the 2025 plan with the rate of administrative procedure files resolved correctly and ahead of schedule reaching over 95%.
Deploying administrative reform tasks in the coming time, the People's Committee of Vu Di commune continues to direct the effective implementation of the one-stop and one-stop mechanism; promote the application of information technology in handling administrative procedures, digitizing records and results of handling administrative procedures.
Actively review and recommend competent authorities to simplify administrative procedures, promptly update and publicize administrative procedures, and proactively collect feedback on people's satisfaction with the handling of administrative procedures.
In 2025, the People's Committee of Vu Di commune established the "Vu Di commune information page" on the social network platform Facebook to disseminate information about the commune, including activities related to administrative reform work so that people can easily access and grasp, contributing to improving the quality of administrative reform.
