Verify information of land office staff colluding with brokers

On October 27, information from the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ca Mau province said that it had established a team to verify the content of citizens' reflections related to the Branch of the Land Registration Office in Tran Van Thoi area.

Previously, people reported that the Tran Van Thoi Branch of the Land Registration Office had some files that were given “special priority” and processed before regulations. Meanwhile, people’s files were waiting for a long time. There were cases where people claimed to have close relationships, even being directed by leaders, making people trust and accept costs outside of regulations to receive support.

In addition, there is a phenomenon of officers and employees colluding and acting as "insiders" to assist brokerage groups for personal gain.

According to the Department of Agriculture and Environment of Ca Mau province, when there are verification results, it will be considered, handled and corrected according to regulations (if any).
