(NLĐO) - The Traffic Police Department of Thanh Hoa province has verified, clarified, and taken action against the group of young men riding motorcycles without helmets in a line on National Highway 1A.
On February 17th, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police announced that the Traffic Police Department of Thanh Hoa Province had launched an investigation and issued administrative violation reports regarding road safety and order against a group of young men riding motorcycles without helmets, weaving erratically and recklessly on National Highway 1A on February 14th.

Specifically, the commune police handled 5 cases including: PTH (born in 2004), TTP (born in 2004), PVV (born in 1999), CTV (born in 2006), and NVQ (born in 2007, all residing in Hau Loc district, Thanh Hoa province), with violations such as: carrying passengers on motorcycles without helmets, not having rearview mirrors, driving a vehicle without a registration certificate, driving a vehicle without license plates, and not having a driver's license…

Previously, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Police received information from social media, accompanied by videos and images, stating that at approximately 9:25 AM on February 14th, on National Highway 1, in Trieu Loc commune, Hau Loc district, Thanh Hoa province, a group of teenagers were riding motorbikes side-by-side without helmets, causing distress to other road users.
These are very dangerous violations, demonstrating a disregard for the law by a segment of young people, causing frustration for road users, obstructing traffic, and posing a potential risk of accidents.
